More than 250 horses will head to Equestrian Park at Yarralumla on the October long weekend for the Canberra international horse trials.  The competition will feature Olympic international, interstate and local riders. Asia Pacific Challenege winner Nihdi Dev from India and Asian Games hopeful Daiko Chujo from Japan will be tested over the cross country track in their bids for qualification for the Asian Games. Sydney gold medallist Stuart Tinney and Beijing silver medallist Shane Rose will be chasing qualificiations for the world equestrian games in Kentucky in 2010 and the London Olympics in 2012.  Canberra rider and national elite squad member Natalie Blundell and her horse Algebra will compete for the prestigious Three Star title.
